Location. The Hotel Lovran occupies two neighbouring Mediterranean style villas, Blankenstein, built in 1880, and Beauregard, which dates from 1900. The hotel is located in the pretty seaside town of Lovran, 200 metres from the Old Town and five kilometres from the seaside town of Opatija. Rijeka Airport is 40 kilometres away, with an approximate driving time of one hour.
Hotel Features. As well as a private beach, the Hotel Lovran features tennis courts and outdoor and indoor swimming pools, and offers Pilates and aerobics classes. The hotel also offers a hair salon and beauty centre, and a complimentary buffet breakfast is served each morning. Multilingual staff at the 24 hour front desk can offer tour assistance and the public areas are equipped with wireless Internet access. Those arriving by car will find complimentary parking on site.
Open daily for breakfast and dinner, the hotel restaurant serves Croatian specialities and international dishes in a traditional setting with contemporary touches.
Guestrooms. The 56 guestrooms over three floors feature neutral decor, simple traditional furnishings and fitted carpets. All are equipped with satellite television, direct dial phones, wireless Internet access and bathrooms with shower/tub combinations.
Expert Tip. Take stroll through Lovran's winding, cobbled streets to the old port, which is surrounded by caf�s and restaurants and is home to a charming Romanesque church.
