Situated on the edge of the Adriatic island of Sipan, this converted olive oil factory faces the Elaphite islands and is 15 kilometres from the mainland city of Dubrovnik. The hotel offers 89 guestrooms located on three floors, all of which have contemporary decor in light colours with historical prints of the local village. Amenities include satellite television, direct dial telephones and bathrooms with showers and hair dryers.
A complimentary buffet breakfast is served at tables overlooking the sea, after which guests can relax with a coffee and watch the boats mooring at the landing bay outside the hotel. Staff at the 24 hour front desk can arrange diving lessons, hiking and fishing trips, as well as excursions to the historical city of Dubrovnik and the Elaphite Islands. Restaurant Trabakula has a relaxed dining atmosphere and offers a variety of low fat Mediterranean dishes and Croatian wines. The Riva Caf� and Cocktail Bar has outdoor seating overlooking the sea, and serves light snacks and cocktails. Guests wishing to explore can catch a ferry to the mainland to visit Dubrovnik city centre 15 kilometres away, or the fortress and Sponza Palace 18 kilometres away. Dubrovnik Cilipi airport is XX kilometres from the hotel and takes around XX minutes by car and ferry.
